Menu Mondays June 10-17,2013

Breakfast Options:
English Muffins, Organic Vegetarian fed brown eggs cooked to preference, Melons, Strawberries, Keifer, Chai & Flax Seed Smoothies, Cold Cereal, Bagels w/cream cheese, Yogurt, or Toast points.



Lunch Choices:
  • Smoked Turkey and Baby Swiss stuffed into Pita with roasted Red Pepper Humus and Mixed Greens, Woven Wheat Cracker, Yellow Tomatoes & Carrot sticks
  • Tuna Salad w/Crisp Iceberg lettuce on Toasted Wheat Bread, Yogurt, & fruit medley
  • Roast Chicken with diced Roma Tomatoes, bacon crisps, hard cooked eggs, and toasted almonds on a bed of baby spinach drizzled w/smoked tomato dressing (store bought-need to figure out how to make!)
  • Cheese, veggie, and fruit munchie plate
  • Peanut Butter & Jelly Roll-Ups with Cottage Cheese and Pineapple
  • Chicken Nuggets w/honey mustard raisins, grape tomatoes and carrot sticks
  • Pizza Quesidilla & fruit medley

Supper Offerings:

 Monday:
Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo on Veggie Gemelli
(Utilizing the left over for 3 extra meals!!)
Steamed Broccoli
Spinach Salad

Tuesday:
Chicken Tacos
Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Spanish Rice

Thursday:
Chicken Lettuce wraps & stir fried Veggies
Fried Rice (left over rice and uses the dark meat from the chicken!)

Breakfast for Dinner:
Sauteed Sweet tri-colored Peppers w/caramelized Onions along with browned sage and thyme turkey sausage, Scrambled Organic Vegetarian Brown Eggs, Grass Fed Shredded Cheese-Wrapped in Homemade Tortillas. Diced Potatoes crisped w/sweet tricolored peppers and caramelized onions.

Snackie Treats:
Hummus, Carrot Sticks, Cheese Wedges, Pepperoni, Fruit, Yogurt, Protein Bar, Raisins, Yogurt covered pretzels, Veggie Chips, Peanut Butter, Grape Tomatoes, Yellow Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese, 

YUMMMMM...That's what's for DINNER!!!
