Easy and Budget Friendly Menu B,L,D, Snacks + LInks! 2/7-2/13, 2016

Last week I seemed to have a wee-bit of "Spring Fever" and made a tons of Mediterranean meals, this week it seems to be a bit Mexican inspired!

Tomato Soup w/Grilled Cheese Sammies, Chicken Nuggets w/Veggie Chips, Cheese & Veggie Plate w/Fruit Cup, Roasted Smoked Turkey & Avocado Wrap w/Crispy Oven Kale Chips and Hummus; Leftover Gyros on Homemade Pitas w/Tzatziki Sauce & Cold Greek Salad; PBJ on Toasted Bagel Thins w/Carrot Sticks and Hummus; & Greek Quinoa Salad w/Roast Chicken, Avocado, & Raw Baby Kale

Greek Yogurt Banana Pancakes w/Blueberry Syrup

Chicken Spinach & Artichoke Bake
Gr. Beef Tacos with guacamole salsa, refried Black Beans and yellow rice
